Vendor Agreement
The Vendors agree to keep their booth open at all times during the Quilt Show hours (October 26 and 27 -
9:00 to 5:00).
The Vendor is responsible for keeping the space attended at all times. The Twin Rivers Quilters' Guild is not
responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences from the space being left unattended.
The Vendor agrees to be responsible for his/her own insurance coverage on all persons and goods related to
the assigned booth space. The Vendor agrees to hold harmless the Twin Rivers Quilters' Guild from any and
all liability for personal injury, and loss or damage to goods from any cause, including display and sale of
goods in connection with the use of the assigned space in this show.
The Vendor will not have more that 10% of the merchandise in their booth "on sale".
The New Bern Riverfront Convention Center will be responsible for security and will lock the building after
closing each night until the next day's opening.
The Twin Rivers Quilters' Guild, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the Vendor Agreement as
deemed necessary. This right excludes changes to booth pricing and size. Once such modifications are
delivered in writing to the Vendor, they become part of the Vendor Agreement and are binding to all parties.

We are happy to announce that Twin Rivers Quilters' Guild will hold a judged quilt show - Bee by the River!
on Oct. 26 & 27, 2012 at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center and we would like to invite you to
participate as a vendor. Show hours are 9:00 to 5:00 each day with set up day on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012,
from 9:00 to 5:00. Our 2010 show was a wonderful success with well over 1,000 attendees and 300 plus
quilts on display. This will be our third year in the Convention Center and the word is out - this is the show to
see! In order to reduce competition between vendors, we are looking for a wide variety with each one offering
a little "something different". The committee will limit the number of vendors selling the same items in the
interest of fair competition.
We offer both single and double booths which vary somewhat in size but are generally 8' x 15' (single - $100)
and 8' x 30' (double - $175). Once your booth is assigned we can give you exact measurements. Vendor
booths are located in the Heritage Hall section just outside the main ballroom. This is a glassed area with
wonderful natural lighting. We provide 2 skirted tables in the single booths and 4 skirted tables in the double
booths. Each booth has electrical outlets. You can see a floor plan at the convention center's web site:

We also offer advertising in our program. We expect to print a minimum of 1,000 programs. The fee is only
$75 for a full page ad (5" x 8") and will be in black & white only. If you would like to have an ad, please
include this charge with your check when you return your application. I will contact you at a later date to work
out the details for your ad.
We will again offer an area for vendors to provide demonstrations. Simply sign up upon arrival Thursday
morning and choose your time slot. As you know, this is a great way to attract folks to your booth with the
latest and greatest or time tested items that quilters "must have".
Due to the limited number of booths we can offer, sign-ups will be on a first come, first serve basis. We plan
to have all the spaces assigned by June 30, 2012. If you wish to participate, please complete the enclosed
