The committee gathers quilts of various sizes to be distributed to organizations which directly give them to Military Service members or retirees of all branches of the United States Military.

    

The chair or alternate collects and ensures the proper sizes are provided to the organizations.    As of this writing, the committee provides quilts to the USO in Germany for injured or ill service members returning to the US by air.   Also, the committee provides quilts to the NC State Veterans Home, Kinston NC.  

    

We generally provide 50 stretcher-sized quilts annually to the military and about the same number of quilts of various sizes to the Veterans Home.  Bibs and fidget quilts are also donated.  All are greatly appreciated.
